If you open at nine, I can come before that. If your slow stretch is mid-afternoon on a Tuesday, we do it then. For restaurants and shops, early mornings or after close usually work best. For offices, I'll take the quiet hours. We figure out a window that keeps your doors open and your people comfortable, and I stick to it.

Since I'm the owner and I do the work myself, you're not passing your schedule through a call center. You talk to me, and I show up.

What the first walkthrough looks like

Before I treat anything, I walk the property with you. This first visit is about seeing what's really going on, not selling you a package you don't need.

1. We go through the building together: entry points, food and trash areas, storage, restrooms, and any spots you've already seen activity.
2. I look outside too. Landscaping, dumpster areas, and cracks in the foundation are where a lot of problems start.
3. I tell you what I found, what's causing it, and what I'd do about it. If there's something you can fix on your end, like a gap under a door, I'll point it out.

You'll get a straight answer on what treatment makes sense and what it costs before I put anything down.

How ongoing visits keep the property protected

One treatment knocks down what's there. Regular visits keep it from coming back. For most businesses, my quarterly service does the job: I return four times a year, retreat the trouble spots, check for new activity, and adjust as the seasons change. Bugs move differently in July than they do in December.

If your property needs more frequent attention, like a rental with turnover or a shop near heavy vegetation, we can set a schedule that fits. Between visits, if something pops up, you call and I come back out. Ongoing customers get priority.

The goal isn't just killing what you see today. It's making your building a place pests don't want to be.
